What does our ideal candidate look like?

    • You are a goal-oriented and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) that will expand and diversify VIAS3D’s footprint through existing and new named customers
    • You’ll be able to strategically discover and develop trusting client relationships with new customers and expand existing clients’ needs in the areas of Simulation, Design, Automation, and Data Analytics offerings
    • You understand client pain points and can map those to VIAS3D’s capability to provide the Client with technical focused, cost effective, time-bound, and customer centric solutions
    • You’ll align yourself with our core values which put clients and innovation at its center
    • Use market research, existing personal contacts, and company generated prospects to convert leads to clients
    • Make engaging presentations and utilize marketing tools effectively
    • Articulate in written and oral communications the unique value proposition of VIAS3D
    • Research potential client companies to understand their organizational structure, stakeholders, current pain-points, future growth plan in lieu of existing market and technology trends
    • Efficiently map client’s needs with VIAS3D’s expertise and look for cross discipline, multi-industry, and multi-physics solutions
    • Work closely with management, technical leads, inside-sales and sales leads,and marketing to understand VIAS3D’s offerings and present the company effectively to potential client base
    • Work as a team player to utilize company expertise on technical and software solutions and expand on existing business relationships taking the mantle from management executives
    • Have a strong focus on client satisfaction and manage the client relationship working closely with VIAS3D’s technical team
    • Take active part in work scoping and proposal development
    • Show strong commitment to continuous learning and skill-set enhancement

Desired Qualifications:

    • At least five (5) years of related experience in BD strategy and technology consulting
    • Proven record of success
    • Must have high-level communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
    • Should have a ‘Client First’ mindset
    • Should maintain high ethical values while doing business
    • Degree in Engineering and Technology is preferred

Location:

Varies. Remote work using online communication tools are acceptable.

For the focus geo-segment area mentioned above it is desirable to have the candidate work from the local region in USA.

Travel:

May require travel within USA and CANADA as needed to achieve results. Need to be adaptable to achieving results without travel due to the current restrictions on travel from COVID-19.

Work Permit:

Should be eligible to work without any need for current or future sponsorship.
