Sales Manager – North ( NCR Region India )

This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing all assigned tasks while maintaining open communication with the Houston office and the company executives/ managers. We are looking to hire a competitive and trustworthy Regional Sales Manager to join our team in India and help us build up our business activities.

The position is open for immediate hire.

Responsibilities:

Selling Dassault Systemes Products (especially SIMULIA) in Northern territory.
Develop strategies to grow the business of VIAS3D.
Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options for Dassault Systemes products.
To be able to articulate the value of 3DS platform to customers and recommend solutions.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Understand the needs of your business customers and network.
Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers/close deals and handle complaints or objections by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (SBC), IOC, CLOSA, Revenue recognition) and government and local regulations, policies and ethical standards for doing business
Record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
To be able to position DS products to prospects before reaching out to tech sales team.
Provide an accurate forecast for current quarter, coming quarters and FY.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations or conferences
Feed future buying trends back to employers
Create the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Collaborate with different teams within the company; Inside Sales, Marketing, Tech Sales to achieve better results .

Client Relationships

Qualification:

MBA in sales or equivalent work experience in sales.

Experience:

Experience in using and selling “Dassault Systemes” products (or similar) {preferably Abaqus, Isight, Tosca, fesafe, Simpack, XFlow etc.}
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales.
