Vikram Dhruva, MS, MBA is a Managing Member and Director of Scientific Simulation Sales at Vias3D. Vikram Dhruva is a Structural Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in Applied Mechanics, Design, non-linear FEA (Implicit & Explicit), Fatigue, Durability, Reliability, and Fluid Structural Interaction simulations in Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Equipment, Life Science, High-Tech, and Energy industry. Vikram Dhruva has worked on more than 250+ advanced engineering analysis projects and helped many companies across all industries to set up a design and simulation group. He also helped many companies to customize the simulation tools for the designer and analysis as a vertical solution using Python.

Prior joining to Vias3D, Vikram Dhruva worked with Dassault Systemes Simulia Corp for over 20 years and managed North American and Latin American simulation sales business initiatives in supporting customers from multi-geo multi-industries and developing the sales channel partner. He has recruited more than 50 partners in the Americas and enabled them to sell the simulation and to provide local support. He has also taught many advanced simulation classes and part of the advanced class development team within Dassault Systemes during his initial time at Simulia.

Chuck has spent more than 30 years working with companies in their adoption of product lifecycle solutions. At IBM, he held global responsibility for their Product Data Management presence, including sales, marketing, and services. At Dassault Systemes, he held various positions supporting mid-size companies as well as large enterprises, representing the ENOVIA and CATIA brands. Most recently, Chuck focused on bringing Dassault’s solutions for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to market. Chuck joins VIAS3D to lead the Product Lifecycle Solutions organization for our North America organization, focused on the 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, and DELMIA elements of the Dassault Systemes portfolio.

Arindam Chakraborty, Ph.D., PE (CA, TX) has more than 18 years of combined academic and industry consulting experience in the domain of simulation and engineering analysis. He has degrees in Civil (Bachelors), Aerospace (MTech.) and Mechanical (PhD) with focus on computational solid and structural mechanics, non-linear FEA, fatigue and fracture, reliability and optimization, and composite structures.  His industry experience spans Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Process & Petrochemical, Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Science, Hi-Tech. and Industrial Equipment. He has been involved with consulting project management and leadership, business development, development of new technology and future growth strategy with a strong focus on public safety regulations (BSEE, NRC, FDA) and Digital Transformation. He has experience in automating complex engineering problems using codes in FORTRAN/C/C#/VBA/Java/Python/FOX Toolkit, including Abaqus automation scripts. Dr. Chakraborty has more than twenty-five conference and journal publications and many invited talks and panel discussions. He is also actively involved with many code (ASME, API) and international conferences committees. He is also a Dassault Systèmes Certified Training Instructor and taught University courses as invited lecturer.

Segah studied Economics in Bilkent University. She started her auditing career in PwC and after 4  years experience in PwC, she moved to EY where she worked during 8 years, lastly as a Senior Audit Manager.  She has extensive experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). She has Audited Certificate in Capital Markets in Turkey and CPA.

She served clients that are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in accomplishment of SOX 404 requirements. She has been involved in the projects of financial restructuring of the large groups. She acted as accredited trainer on IFRS and USGAAP, arranged various trainings externally and internally.

Bhavesh comes with close to 20 years of experience in the simulation domain and has worked with customers across industries and segments. Previously at Dassault Systemes, Bhavesh led a passionate team of experts to grow the SIMULIA Brand in India, especially focusing on the industry adoption of multidisciplinary Multiphysics solutions from SIMULIA. While at Dassault Systemes, Bhavesh has managed several key responsibilities, from interacting with key customers across Asia on enterprise simulation solutions to working with strategic customers in India for the adoption of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Miguel Villalpando was a Sales Director who helped Dassult Systemes built the business transformation channel, managing the relationships with key international customers in Mexico. Before starting with DASSAULT SYSTEMES, Miguel spent seven years with Siemens PLM on different roles, and previously 2 years with FEMSA. Miguel is a mechanical engineer, with a master degree on IT administration, graduated from the ITESM. Miguel enjoys practicing football, and spent quality time with his family.

Mark brings to Vias3D an impressive background in the engineering simulation domain where he has worked with customers across all industries and market segments. Most recently at Dassault Systèmes, Mark successfully built multiple SIMULIA high-achieving sales teams including indirect partner sales (CPE), High-Tech, Life Sciences, CPG, and Energy & Materials. Leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE for Education, the most advanced cloud solution for product and learning innovation, Vias3D Academia aims to empower students to become the leading innovators of tomorrow using the latest simulation technologies.  Mark is a champion of scientific computing and simulation

Rafael Vallejo is an Industrial Engineer from the Instituto Tecnológico de Querétaro (ITQ) with a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITESM. During his professional development, he worked as a Researcher at the ITQ in the area of Experimental Stress Analysis. He was Professor of the subjects of Design of Machines, Strength of Materials and Synthesis of Mechanisms. He then worked as a Product Analyst at Transmissions and Mechanical Equipment (TREMEC) where he was responsible for the implementation of CAD / CAE software in the development of automotive transmissions as well as the development of experimental tests for their validation. For more than 30 years he has focused on business development of CAD / CAM / CAE / PLM technologies. In 2004 he founded the company DMD obtaining the representation of DASSAULT SYSTEMES SOLIDWORKS in Mexico, quickly becoming the leaders in sales in the country. In the last 3 years, conversations began with VIAS3D to be part of this group,consolidating this partnership in November 2021.

Carlos CHAVEZ, with professional studies in Computer Science from the National Polytechnic Institute IPN, was a founding partner and today Director of Operations of DMD. For more than 10 years he was the leader of development and architecture of computer systems at Grupo ICA. For more than 15 years he directed the commercial strategy of companies with new technology solutions for the manufacturing industry, specifically in the CAD, CAM, CAE, PDM, PLM and 3DX segment. In 2004, together with his partner Rafael Vallejo, they founded the company Diseño y Manufactura Digital “DMD”, taking it to a leadership position in Mexico in the last 18 years, helping directors of the manufacturing industry improve their processes to become more agile and competitive.
